Ukraine Launches Large-Scale Manufacturing of New Interceptor Drones

Ukraine has announced the start of mass production for a new locally engineered interceptor drone to enhance its air defences. The first three manufacturers have begun manufacturing, with an additional eleven preparing to set up assembly lines, Ukrainian military officials stated on Friday.

Advanced 'Octopus' System Proven in Combat Conditions

The drones utilize a domestically developed technology called “Octopus” engineered to intercept Shahed drones. This technology has been tested in actual battle and demonstrated effective “at night, amid electronic warfare and flying low,” officials confirmed.
